The complex is newly built, equipped with all comforts, and in a strategic position, 10 minutes away from Trapani/Marsala airport and 6 minutes from the sea, the nightlife of the beaches, the cycle path, the Kite Surf schools, Wind Surf and Canoe. 18 Gradi Apartments offers its guests three houses, a studio apartment, a two-room apartment, and a three-room apartment, three independent, comfortable and well-kept places. Our goal is to make you spend a few days or short periods of tranquility with the comforts of an entire home. One of the most fascinating natural corners of the province, the Stagnone Islands Nature Reserve. Established to safeguard an extraordinary natural habitat, the Reserve is a large lagoon surrounded by spectacular salt flats where you can breathe a thousand-year history. Choreographic windmills and huge mirrors of salt water create the perfect setting for unforgettable sunsets. Between Capo Lilibeo and San Teodoro, there are the small private islets of Schola and Santa Maria, San Pantaleo, where the Phoenicians founded the city of Mozia and the Isola Grande, a real natural barrier that separates the waters of the lagoon from the sea.

Marsala, one of the most populous cities in the province of Trapani, famous for its famous fortified wine and for the landing of Garibaldi's Thousand. The latter was one of the crucial episodes of the "Risorgimento", which took place from 1860 to 1861 when a thousand volunteers, under the command of Giuseppe Garibaldi, left in the night between 5 and 6 May from Quarto, for Sicily, with the purpose of overthrowing the Bourbon government, which controlled the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
